Atomyze LLC – Digital Tokenization Platform
Our firm is looking for an Operations Manager who will be at the forefront of defining, developing, and managing operations for our innovative blockchain based commodities tokenization platform and marketplace.
This position is focused on building and managing the logistics operations and processes for Atomyze. The Operations Manager will work directly with senior management on the establishment and evolution of our institutionally oriented operations and service department. Our Platform will bring new access to the investment and trading communities through tokenization, modernizing the commodities marketplace. The ideal candidate is hands on and service oriented and will be responsible for managing top-level operations using client insight, expertise, and experience. Principal Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize documentation, shipment, storage, warehousing, and inventory of physical assets
- Establish and build strong internal and external working relationships with clients and business partners
- Work with operations, finance and service teams on tracking and reconciliation of assets in inventory
- Partner with customer success to onboard new clients onto the commodities trading platform
- Provide logistics operations expertise to drive operational efficiency and improved quality of service
- Take responsibility for issues that may arise and ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with client services, sales and business development, engineering, and product teams, ensuring that operational functionality achieves success of the highest standards
- Drive continuous improvements for department processes and service delivery
Position Requirements and Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience in commodities logistics operations management including metals
- Hands on experience with electronic trading platform or exchange customer support
- Direct knowledge of physical commodities trading and exchange operations
- Prior experience in institutional customer service and support
- High degree of empathy for customer’s needs with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Strong disposition towards working in a collaborative environment
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills and solution-oriented mindset
- Results driven, organized, with strong coordination skills
- Adept communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly, effectively, and professionally
