Atomyze LLC – Digital Tokenization Platform  

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer who will ensure customer questions and issues are resolved quickly and effectively, help customers understand our technology, and take customer feedback on how our product can be improved. The Technical Support Engineer will be a member of the engineering team and will report to the CTO, working close with our customers and our development team to provide white glove support to our customers and be customer advocates within the company. 

Responsibilities 

  • Define and implement the support process for Atomyze customers 
  • Identify and troubleshoot difficult technical issues 
  • Interface with customers to understand and resolve customer issues and questions quickly 
  • Be a customer advocate within Atomyze for customers
  • Help new customers during the onboarding process to ensure a positive and seamless experience 
  • Work closely with customer technical teams to support and troubleshoot technical and operational issues on a 24/7 basis 
  • Work with engineering to understand the platform and technology and represent engineering in customer interactions 

Qualifications 

  • 2+ years of technical support experience
  • Be able to understand technical issues quickly 
  • Able to communicate technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical people 
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills 
  • Good problem-solving skills 
  • Proficiency with API integrations and troubleshooting
  • Proficiency with web sites and user interface usage and troubleshooting
