Atomyze LLC – Digital Tokenization Platform  

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer who will be responsible for resolving customer’s technical issues. The Technical Support Engineer will be a member of the engineering team and will report to the CTO, working closely with our customers.  

Responsibilities 

  • Define and implement the support process for Atomyze customers 
  • Identify and troubleshoot difficult technical issues 
  • Interface with customers to understand and resolve customer issues and questions quickly 
  • Be a customer advocate within Atomyze
  • Help new customers during the onboarding process to ensure a positive and seamless experience 
  • Work closely with customer technical teams to support and troubleshoot technical and operational issues on a 24/7 basis 
  • Work with engineering to understand the platform and technology and represent engineering in customer interactions 

Qualifications 

  • 2+ years of technical support experience
  • Ability to understand technical issues quickly
  • Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Good problem-solving skills 
  • Proficiency with API integrations and troubleshooting
  • Proficiency with website and user interface usage and troubleshooting
