Chief Executive Officer
Jeanine has more than 20 years of experience growing financial services companies with an emphasis on disruptive market technology. Prior to joining Atomyze LLC, Jeanine served as the Managing Director of Operations at Gemini Trust Company, a chartered NY State Trust Company that operates a digital asset exchange and custodian services, where she was responsible for development and execution of business strategy for the exchange and custody businesses. Jeanine has held several leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer at the International Securities Exchange (ISE), a NASDAQ subsidiary that operates three securities exchanges. Jeanine graduated from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with degrees in Economics and Biology.
Chief Technology Officer
Corey has 25 years of experience building and managing product development teams from award winning start-ups through Fortune 500 Companies. Previously, Corey served as the SVP and Head of Engineering at Paxos, oversaw product development across applications including the itBit trading and custody platforms, commodities settlement, securities settlement, and digital tokens. He has a Bachelor of Science and master’s in Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from Wharton.
Chief Business Operations Officer
Wendi has 25 years’ experience in equities, derivatives, and commodities trading, operations, and management. Previously, Wendi managed the trading desk at Freepoint Commodities including traders, risk management, strategy, analysis, and trading technology. She launched commodities and global macro funds with Dublin Hill Capital and 4Zeke Capital, managing 4Zeke’s trading desk, and prior to that spent 15 years as an Institutional Equity and Equity Derivatives Trader at Paine Webber, Lehman, First Boston, and ABN Amro. Wendi has a bachelor’s in Business Administration from Washington University.
Chief Legal Officer
Lynette has 18 years’ legal experience, which includes guiding hedge funds, fintech clients and blockchain startups through the legal and regulatory landscape relating to cryptocurrencies and other digital assets. Prior to joining Atomyze LLC, Lynette was a partner at the international law firm FisherBroyles LLP in the Private Funds and Fintech & Blockchain practice groups, was General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Protégé Partners LLC and held legal roles in the investment management groups of TIAA-CREF and Deutsche Bank. Lynette started her career as an associate at Sidley Austin LLP, working with several hedge fund clients. She is a graduate of Princeton University, with a degree in politics, and received her J.D. from Harvard Law School.
Sales & Business Development
Matt has more than 25 years of senior management experience in global markets sales and trading and financial technology solutions. Prior to joining Atomyze LLC, Matt founded Marlu Capital Partners LLC, an advisory and consulting firm specializing in digital assets and blockchain technology for the capital markets sector. He has built global sales and trading franchises at several Wall St firms, including Prudential Bache Commodities, Jefferies Group, and R.J. O’Brien. Previously, he was founder and CEO of Aurora Capital Management. Matt holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics and Finance) from University of Western Sydney.
Jan Hendrik Scheufen
Chief Product Officer
Jan has more than 13 years’ experience designing IT solutions and smart contract frameworks for the financial services industry. Before joining Atomyze LLC, Jan was Monax Industries’ ChiefProduct Officer and architect of the smart contract framework powering the blockchain ecosystem behind its contract management suite. Originally from Germany, Jan has been living in New York since 2009 and has designed IT solutions in the finance industry as an enterprise solutions architect and BPM expert for financial services provider SunGard. Jan has masters degrees in Information Technology and International Information Management.
Chief Compliance Officer
Gregor has more than 15 years of compliance experience in commodities, futures, foreign exchange, cryptocurrencies, and other related derivatives products. Before joining Atomyze LLC, Gregor served as the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) at GAIN GTX currency swap dealer and held various senior compliance roles, including CCO of Cantor Fitzgerald’s futures exchange. He has a finance degree from Old Dominion University and a master’s degree in Financial Services Compliance from Seaton Hall and holds CAMS certification.
John G Macfarlane III
John Macfarlane is the Founder and Managing Member of the Arrochar Group companies which make investments and provide advisory services. Prior to founding Arrochar, John was a Partner of Tudor Investment Corporation from 1998 to 2011, where he served as Chief Operating Officer and Vice Chairman. Prior to Tudor he worked at Salomon Brothers from 1979 to 1998 as fixed income trader, as Treasurer and as Managing Director of Fixed Income Derivatives- Asia and the America’s. John currently serves on several not-for-profit and for-profit boards.
Michael E. McGuire, Jr.
Michael McGuire is the founder & managing member of Twelve22 Capital Partners LLC, a General Partner of Twelve22 Partners LP, an investment fund focused on fintech and blockchain. Michael is also CEO and co-founder of Symbridge, a digital asset exchange, and former Chairman of Tokentrust AG. Michael began his career at Manufacturers Hanover Trust (now JPMorgan Chase) and left to found ARIA Worldwide, Inc., a commodity trading and structured finance company. He founded ARIASYS Inc., an offshore software development company that delivered high availability and scalable trading systems. He has been a member of the board of two publicly held companies; Stillwater Mining (NYSE) & Plug Power (NASDAQ) and two non-profits. Michael is also a lecturer of entrepreneurial studies at Columbia University.
Hope Woodhouse is currently an independent of TWO Harbors Investment Corp (NYSE:TWO) and Directors Granite Point Mortgage Trust Inc. (NYSE: GPMT). Previously she served as Chief Operating Officer and as a member of the management committee for Bridgewater Associates, Inc. and was Chief Operating Officer and a member of the management committee of Soros Fund Management LLC. Prior to that, Hope held various executive leadership positions, including Treasurer of Funds at Tiger Management L.L.C and Managing Director of the Global Finance Department at Salomon Brothers Inc.
Alex Stoyanov is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director at Global Palladium Fund, and Chief Operating Officer of Global Sales and Marketing at Nornickel. Prior to Global Palladium Fund and Nornickel, Alex was responsible for the Soft Commodities Trading at Bunge in Geneva. Previously, Alex was Senior Project Manager at AIG responsible for projects with the US Chamber of Commerce, NASDAQ and AMEX.
Rob Osborne is the COO and CFO of the SW7 Group, a regulated investment management and venture firm with offices in London, Singapore and Hong Kong. Prior to joining SW7 as part of the founding team in 2014, Rob was with Ernst & Young in London and then in Zurich. He is a UK Chartered Tax Adviser.
Tom Erickson served as a Commissioner of The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) from 1999 to 2003 during the Administrations of President William J. Clinton and George W. Bush. He built his career in public and private sectors, working in global political, legal, and senior corporate environments and has worked with diverse stakeholder interests to solve complicated problems and promote innovation in commodity value chains.
